Everybody gets everything handed to them. The rich inherits it and poor earns it. Inheritance is not only about money but name; fame and opportunities. There are mixed opinions among celebs on their take on nepotism. Some of them does not encourage or support this concept; on the other hand many celebs do not find it improper and unfair. The debate on Nepotism VS talent is old but hot.
Nepotism VS Talent Debate Among Bollywood Celebs
#1. Nepotism, Not a New Concept:
After Corona Virus, Nepotism is taking a lot of attention these days although it is not a new concept but a conversation between Kanga Ranaut and Karan Johar on a talk show took this concept to a whole new level. Later on this concept has become a hot topic of a debate for all Bollywood celebs.

#2. The One Who Deserves:
Akshay Kumar in his interview said “either a star kid or a self-made star, only the deserving one will stay. There are perks of being a star kid but they can only survive in this industry if they work hard enough and deserve to be in. There are numbers of start kids who was not welcomed to the industry due to lack of techniques and ability.”

#3. Pressure of Being a Star Kid:
Star Kid Sara Ali Khan and Tiger Shroff mentioned in one of the Interviews that being a star kid is not easy; we have a lot of pressure to meet the expectations of the audience due to hard work and achievements of our parents.

#4. Talent Over Approach:
Actors like Ranveer Singh believes in the fact that the time has gone when king’s son will handle the kingdom. Now-a-days a kingdom will be handed over to the one who is worthy. In today’s era audience is the judge and they will provide the kingdom of Bollywood in the hands of talent rather than fame. Even a star kid needs to do hard work on their ability and techniques.

#5. Nepotism, An Over-Rated Topic:
Many Bollywood stars like Kareena Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor believes that nepotism in Bollywood is over-rated. Businessman’s son will be trained to take over business in long run so with the politicians and many other professions in our country then why star parents would not want their kids to be a start an provide them an initial push.
One established truth is that nepotism at best can only provide early opportunities which should be banked upon successfully by the actor otherwise he will become history. We have seen many star kids to have a declining career due to lack of their talent and hard work and on the other hand self-made stars who have entertained us in numbers of ways by their diligent work and ability.
