How Finch Was Caught Vaping?
The match came to the last over with a need of 10 runs on 6 balls after the three sixes hit by De Villiers. Jofra Archer took the responsibility handed over by Steve Smith. The England joiner started the over well and that’s when the camera turned towards the dressing room. Finch was caught vaping and was about to take the second puff before the camera turned live on to the match.
This was the first time that a cricketer was caught on camera with a vape machine during the match. Finch was in the training gears of his careers while he was caught vaping before the camera panned out of the dressing room. From past many years, the sports broadcasters have managed to seize some underdone news from the dressing room when high- power come across. The news of Finch vaping was a shock to people who came to watch the match.
This is not the first incidence of cricketers caught vaping. Brenden McCullum, the former New Zealand captain, admitted to smoking in the toilet during the semi-finals against South Africa. Even the Indian cricketer, Hardik Pandeya found smoking at M.S. Dhoni’s daughter, Ziva’s birthday party. It was a blow for the organization and the team members.

In the field of sports, smoking and vaping is injurious to health and decreases the sportsperson’s stamina and lifespan. The competition in sports has increased and so the demand.
